The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, offering a professional and welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. If you're customer-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to have you onboard. Job Responsibilities :

Greet clients, visitors, and crew members professionally and warmly Manage phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and handle meeting room bookings Handle check-ins / check-outs and update guest / crew logs Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and presentable Maintain updated records of office supplies and place orders as necessary Assist with basic administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, and report generation Support HR and recruitment teams during crew onboarding and orientation Uphold company standards for customer service and confidentiality Education and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and behavior Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Salary & Benefits :
