Job Description
- Operate and maintain centrifugal chillers, pumps, valves, and cooling towers.
- Monitor and record hourly readings of chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.
- Maintain chilled water temperature and monitor VFD frequency and flow as per demand load.
- Inspect and maintain chiller oil, refrigerant levels, and vane actuator operation.
- Perform condenser descaling and monitor blowdown records.
- Maintain breakdown logs and condenser water tank levels.
- Repair and service pumps, valves, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, etc.
- Conduct cleaning and preventive maintenance (PPM) for cooling towers.
- Support PPM team in planning energy and water usage.
- Operate and monitor BMS and chemical dosing systems.
- Verify monthly water analysis reports and maintain PH & conductivity logs.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure proper shift handover.
