Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel relaxed, valued, and pampered.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace.
  • Advise clients on homecare routines and recommend products for optimal results.
  • Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
  • Build a loyal client base by delivering consistent, high-quality services.
  • Manage bookings and appointment schedules efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a salon or spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in a beauty setting.
  • Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., laser, microdermabrasion, etc.) is a plus.
