IT Senior Field Engineer

IT Senior Field Engineer is responsible for the support and management of all end user incoming requests and incidents, including hardware and software troubleshooting and request fulfilment. The incumbent is expected to have exceptional customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for escalated field issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform complex diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve persistent or high‑impact incidents.
• Ensure consistent configuration and security compliance of end user systems.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for major hardware rollouts and deployments.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and asset updates.
