ELV IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience in ELV systems like PA, IPTV, MATV, Structured Cabling and others
• Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with regulations
• Direct, supervise and control qualified sub-contractors / internal project team members to ensure work is executed to approved drawings / specifications and take appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate, oversee and interface with integrators & customers to resolve issues, produce relevant technical reports and documentation as required
• Proactively communicate project progress, key issues and any critical topics in a timely manner to different stakeholders
• Keep abreast of product development and technological advancements, and of markets changes and provide recommendations to product or service enhancements to meet customer requirements
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and minimum 2 years in similar roles
• Required Skill(s) : ELV SYSTEMS, IT BASED SYSTEMS
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering Mechanical / Automotive or equivalent
• Knowledge in specifications, design and development of various ELV Systems like CCTV, PA, Data Cabling, Car Parking Systems, MATV and Telephone cabling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in IT based systems such as visualization technology, SQL databases is highly regarded
• Good time and project management skills
• High level problem solving and analytical skills
• It will be a plus if you have some construction and health care industrial working experience
• Good understanding of industrial connectivity solutions and various industrial networks
