Job Description

• To meet, greet and communicate to both internal and external customers in a polite, courteous and constructive manner.
• Entirely capable to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments.
• Continuously promotes positive work relationship with kitchen staff & F&B departments.
• Identify situations which compromise the department’s standards and address them accordingly.
• Co-ordinates precisely their departmental needs with other departments to the Outlets Manager
• Ensure guest satisfaction & service levels in all Outlets according to standards.
• Interacts with guests & enquires that guest contentment levels are in compliance with well established standards.
• Monitor guest experiences and adjust positively when necessary.

Qualifications

Salary QR.2000 to 2500 negotiable, Free Shared Accommodation and Free meals in the staff cafeterias
