Interior Designer

Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Interior Designer

with proven expertise in

Qatar-based projects , both

residential and commercial . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in

concept development, design presentation, tender documentation, client communication, project management, site supervision, and execution . The role requires both creative and technical proficiency, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects from design concept to completion. Responsibilities

Develop

concept designs , space planning, and mood boards in line with client requirements and project briefs. Prepare and present

design proposals, 3D renderings, and material selections

to clients and management. Oversee

project management activities , including tender preparation, technical documentation, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Conduct

site supervision

to ensure design intent is accurately implemented during construction and fit-out. Participate in

client meetings , presentations, and project reviews. Prepare and maintain detailed

project schedules, material boards, and specification documents . Collaborate with internal teams on design development and ensure alignment with company standards of quality and innovation. Ensure projects comply with

Qatar’s building codes, regulations, and safety standards . Support business development efforts through

design input for proposals and tender submissions . Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in interior design within

Qatar , with a strong portfolio in

residential and commercial projects . Proven experience in

project management , from tender preparation to design execution. Strong understanding of

construction methods, finishes, materials, and detailing . Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with

rendering and visualization

tools. Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills. Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of

Qatar design regulations and permitting processes

is an advantage. Seniority level
