Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding service

Foster a client-focused culture with personalized consultations and product education

Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory flow

Analyze business performance and proactively execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback

Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and display aesthetics

Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures

Build strong community connections and support local marketing initiatives

Qualifications

2–4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care environments

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Strong sales acumen with a record of achieving KPIs and driving growth

Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

Passion for beauty products, trends, and delivering personalized customer experiences

Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and multitasking abilities

Comfortable with POS systems, reporting tools, and basic business operations

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
