Business Development Officer

At ClayBoat Contracting Company we are looking for a Business Development Officer to help expand our presence across construction civil electromechanical and industrial projects Key responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and track tenders and RFQs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and project stakeholders Prepare proposals company documents and support strategic growth initiatives Assist in driving business growth and coordinating with internal teams Maintain records of business development activities and prepare regular progress reports Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development preferably in construction oil gas or contracting industries Strong understanding of tendering bidding and contract procedures Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling Fluency in English
