Rider Care and Rider Public Opinion Monitoring Expert Build and iterate the rider care system, implement hierarchical welfare and support programs such as exclusive activity planning and delivery equipment optimization to enhance riders' sense of belonging and retention rate.
Construct an omni-channel public opinion monitoring system, track real-time rider-related public opinion dynamics, and accurately identify risks with hierarchical early warning.
Lead emergency handling of public opinion incidents, collaborate with cross-departments to formulate response strategies, issue analysis reports and promote problem rectification.
Conduct rider surveys, optimize the care system based on public opinion data, and release quarterly / annual white papers to support business decisions.
Establish rider communication channels, organize interactive activities, build a feedback closed-loop, and improve riders' sense of participation and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years of experience in user care or public opinion monitoring; priority given to those with rider service experience in instant delivery / logistics industry.
Proficient in building public opinion monitoring systems, skilled in relevant tools, and excellent at public opinion prediction and emergency disposal.
Expert in user care system design, capable of implementing differentiated programs like activity planning and equipment optimization, with cross-departmental project promotion experience.
Strong data insight ability to extract problems from data and propose optimization strategies; proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and writing skills, high pressure resistance, empathy, and in-depth understanding of riders' needs.
