We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental practices on our pipeline construction project in Ras Laffan. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and company standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and client-specific HSE requirements.

Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain safety documentation and submit regular reports to the HSE Manager.

Coordinate safety training and inductions for workers and subcontractors.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive hazard prevention.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 2 years in Oil & Gas pipeline projects.

Familiarity with Ras Laffan safety regulations and permit systems is an advantage.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
