Fitness Instructor

Job Description :

Conduct group fitness training classes.

Modify exercise programs based on individual needs, injuries, or health conditions.

Oversee and ensure proper and safe use of fitness equipment by clients.

Respond to general nutrition and health-related questions from clients.

Promote and refer fitness packages and plans to clients.

Administer First Aid and CPR when necessary.

Manage class check-ins, bookings, and ID card verification.
