Overview

Are you ready to lead Microsoft’s Technology Strategy as the virtual 'CTO' for a key set of Middle East Public Sector Education customers, and to orchestrate our Microsoft education teams and Partners to achieve more by leveraging all aspects of Microsoft? As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist - Education you will have the opportunity to design and drive leading edge technology initiatives in partnership with your customers, supporting their desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft’s business objectives. You will work with Education Account Executives and a multi-functional v-team across the Microsoft product portfolio and partner offerings to build and grow a network of technology executives within your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help customers adopt and embrace AI technologies. This role aims to combine technology and industry knowledge to deliver AI solutions that accelerate customers’ AI vision and position you as their trusted technology advisor. Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership - Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape and AI and Security strategy. Technology Relevant Trusted Seller - Drive Microsoft business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use. Technology Leadership across Solution Areas - Lead AI, data and migration conversations across the customer’s portfolio to align with business priorities. Industry Knowledge - Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms and industry to build AI strategy aligned to business outcomes; challenge customers’ assumptions with constructive dialogue. Applies expertise to identify and inform the development of Education Industry Sales Kits and Education industry partner opportunities within the customer’s vertical. Articulates education industry-related market trends, threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth as they relate to the customer’s broader industry. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of formal education. Strong background in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or practice building. Experience in technical sales environments. Experience with the full Microsoft technology stack. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Experience working with education sector clients is highly beneficial.
