HVAC Mechanical Supervisor

Description Supervise assign and monitor daily tasks of HVAC technicians and subcontractors Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC systems chillers package units split units AHUs FCUs exhaust fans ducting systems etc Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies HSE standards and client requirements Provide technical guidance and training to the HVAC team Prepare reports on maintenance activities work orders and manpower utilization Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other departments for smooth project execution Maintain proper records of spare parts tools and equipment usage Ensure timely response to breakdowns emergencies and service requests Monitor quality of work and enforce standards for safety reliability and efficiency Desired Skills Experience Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and controls Handson experience in troubleshooting repair and maintenance of HVAC systems Ability to supervise train and motivate a team of technicians Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices Familiarity with health safety and environmental HSE regulations Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients engineers and team members Problemsolving skills with quick decisionmaking ability during emergencies Computer literacy MS Office CMMS or similar maintenance software Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
