Role Overview : Avconexpo Consulting is hiring an experienced

Project Head

to lead the

Testing & Commissioning (T&C)

and

Integrated Performance Testing (IPT)

phases of a large-scale

edible oil refinery project

in Qatar. The Project Head will be the

single point of accountability

for project execution, planning, and coordination between the client / PMC, technical teams, and documentation groups. Responsibility : Lead and manage the entire project execution during T&C and IPT phases. Act as the

primary interface with the Client / PMC , ensuring all technical, quality, and safety standards are met. Approve commissioning plans, documentation, test schedules, and reporting formats. Supervise Technical Head, Documentation Head, and functional teams (mechanical, electrical, process, instrumentation). Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure full compliance with edible oil processing standards and plant performance requirements. Oversee training, final handover, and certification processes. Requirements : Qualification :

M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience :

Minimum

15 years in edible oil refinery projects , with strong exposure to

plant commissioning, operation, or project management . Proven expertise in

commissioning, project management, and coordination

for edible oil, palm oil, or seed-oil refinery plants. Strong understanding of process equipment (neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, fractionation). Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Prior GCC / Qatar project experience preferred. Project Contract : 12–18 months (extendable) Benefits : Visa, travel, and accommodation provided
