Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in the construction or building industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
