Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by a VVIP Operator based in the Middle East who is looking to engage a Technical Auditor on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Issue and extend Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Issue Permits to Fly and authorize Functional Check Flights as required.

Conduct biannual reviews of aircraft maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform surveillance inspections of aircraft maintenance activities conducted in Doha to verify adherence to approved procedures and standards.

Coordinate with the local CAA during all authority audits and ensure timely resolution of findings or observations.

Maintain and update the database of Local CAA company approvals to ensure records are current and compliant.

Liaise with the local CAA and other regulatory agencies for aircraft certificate renewals and related approvals.

Minimum Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or apprenticeship in Technical Profession equivalent to bachelor’s degree or holder of a Part 66 License.

Minimum five (5) years as LAE (B1 / B2) or Systems Engineer or in a regulatory role with any CAA.

Qualified Aviation Auditor.

Three (3) years in a quality assurance and auditing role.

Comprehensive aviation knowledge.

Familiarization with EASA / ICAO regulations.

Trained for the Quality & Safety Management System for Airlines

Aviation IT systems familiarity (TRAX etc.)
