QA / QC PLC Automation Technician

We are currently looking for a QA / QC PLC Automation Technician who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a challenging role in PLC panel assembly supervision.

Role Overview

As a QA / QC PLC Automation Technician , you will play a critical role in ensuring that our PLC panel assemblies meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising assembly works, performing quality checks, and ensuring strict adherence to design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise PLC panel assembly activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough QA / QC inspections, including wiring accuracy, functionality tests, and documentation reviews.
• Perform PLC panel power-up, IO checkout, logic / HMI internal testing, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) both internally and with clients.
• Collaborate with the design team for red markups and resolve any discrepancies in drawings or wiring.
• Prepare detailed progress and quality reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
• Ensure all work complies with QCS2014 and established safety protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of all inspections, test procedures, and findings.
