House manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar House Manager (Indian Nationality Preferred) - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residence in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in house management and be able to manage a team of staff while providing excellent customer service. This position offers on-site accommodation.

Responsibilities

Supervising and training staff members, including cleaners, drivers and gardeners

Ensuring that the residence is kept clean and presentable at all times

Overseeing the daily running of the residence, including dealing with maintenance issues and security

Liaising with external contractors and suppliers

Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed

Maintaining a polite atmosphere throughout the residence

Dealing with any complaints or requests from guests or residents in a timely fashion

Developing and implementing policies and procedures regarding the running of the residence

Keeping accurate records such as staff rosters, maintenance logs and other relevant documents

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational abilities

The ability to speak Hindi is desirable but not essential
