Compensation and Benefits Grade 112 Physio Specialist | Total Monthly Salary : 16,400 QAR | Non-Negotiable

Structured as follows :

Basic Salary

Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR

Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary) :

Accommodation : Housing Provided

Annual Leave : 40 days per year

Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)

Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation

Schooling Assistance : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)

Important Notes :

Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship.

All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer.

Minimum Requirements Overseas Hiring

Only candidates currently outside Qatar will be considered.

Education and Experience Full-Time Education

Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy. Post graduate training or certification in hydrotherapy.

Minimum Experience

5+ Years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist out of which 3 years in area of speciality

Valid home-country license required

License to practice must cover the minimum required experience.

Responsibilities You’ll contribute to the development of evidence-based treatment protocols, support service improvement initiatives, and mentor junior physiotherapists to ensure high standards of clinical care.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, your role is essential to promoting recovery, functional independence, and long-term patient outcomes.
