Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans for new projects outlining key milestones timelines and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project teams procurement HR legal and other relevant departments to ensure seamless mobilization activities.
- Manage the procurement and allocation of necessary resources including equipment personnel and materials within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the mobilization process.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant field such as business Administration or Project Management.Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management and Contract Administration including mobilizing and managing contracts coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Key Skills
