We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to serve as the key liaison between the internal teams, the partnering agency, and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong content coordination capabilities, and the flexibility to travel when needed for content creation and brand-related activities.
The Account Manager will be embedded within the talents team and responsible for ensuring seamless execution of content projects, timely approvals, and clear communication across all parties.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, the agency, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate content planning, production, approvals, and publishing efficiently.
Ensure flexibility in addressing urgent content requirements and provide on-demand coverage.
Travel for on-site support to capture content when required.
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables for production and marketing teams.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
Work as an integrated member within the talents core team.
Working hours will be assigned based on operational requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in content creation, photography, and video editing.
Solid project management and relationship management abilities.
Skilled in negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines under pressure while maintaining high quality.
Performance Measurement
Success in this role will be evaluated based on :
Stakeholder satisfaction and retention.
Effective and timely delivery of content and projects (on schedule, within scope, aligned with goals).
Contribution to brand positioning and growth.
Quarterly performance evaluations by the internal team and marketing management.
Requirements
Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Schengen visa for international travel for official assignments and events.
Contract Duration
1-year contract with a 3-month probation period.
Possibility of extension based on performance.
Start date will be confirmed in the Letter of Award.
