Operations Manager - Premium Restaurants, Qatar

Very excited to have been retained by this premium Restaurant & Hospitality Group to find them a dynamic and hands-on Deputy Operations Manager. This main purpose of this job role will be to support and lead day-to-day operations across the company’s premium hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Director to maintain service excellence, drive team performance, and ensure the highest standards across this high-profile restaurant portfolio.

Ideal experience, skills & attributes required for this role :

• Proven experience in hospitality operations, ideally in upscale restaurants
• Multi-site experience is essential for this role
• GCC experience is always beneficial but not essential
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, forecasting, and operational KPIs
• Passionate about food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English plus an additional European language is beneficial

Salary package : QAR35k -40k pm plus standard benefits like flights, medical etc.
