About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and a deep understanding of asset-heavy industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or utilities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in analyzing business needs, managing stakeholders, and driving digital initiatives through agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, operations, and business units.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate Agile / Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Ensure strategic alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and recommend AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
• Support change management and training initiatives related to new digital solutions.
