Executive Assistants, Doha

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking two Executive Assistants to provide executive support to their C-Level executives, based in their head office in Doha, Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to all department heads across the company
• Coordinating and managing executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for various departments
• Facilitating internal and external communications between departments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
• Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking minutes
• Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Supporting project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
