strong knowledge of alcohol service

and prior experience in

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction Supervise and train staff to meet international fine dining standards Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and service quality Manage alcohol service in compliance with local regulations and luxury hospitality standards Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and poise Support inventory control and ordering processes Qualifications

Proven experience as a supervisor in a fine dining restaurant that serves alcohol Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and alcohol service etiquette Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment International experience preferred Application
