Job description

Manage a portfolio of key accounts achieving set sales targets profit margins and price optimization Drive account penetration by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase product offerings enhance buyer relationships and address customer needs Build and implement strategic plans to increase account satisfaction penetration and longterm sales growth Lead the development and delivery of customized sales presentations showcasing product value and addressing client objectives Monitor and optimize the ROI of key accounts ensuring that investments align with revenue generation Cultivate and maintain strong positive relationships with existing customers serving as a trusted resource and solving potential issues or challenges Review and evaluate the performance of annual contracts ensuring alignment with goals and take corrective actions as necessary Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of new product offerings and the enhancement of existing services Ensure the efficient delivery of products and services maintaining high levels of satisfaction across all accounts Identify risks or new opportunities within the client base recommending proactive solutions and adjustments to maintain strong account health
