We are looking for a Senior Digital Roll-Out Engineer for one of our clients with the following details :

End Date : DEC 2026
Location : Doha, Qatar
Work Scheme : Residential, Single
Activities :
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience.
- Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus
- 8 to 10 years relevant experience in change management and / or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical) :
Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings.Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration, and proven ability to work cross functionally.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plusExperience in project communication and in planning and managing training programs.Good knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe CaptivateFluent in English as a business languagePurpose & Key Accountabilities :
Define and understand the change impacts on people, processes, and technology to define the best approach for change management, communication, and training.Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Digital use cases.Coordinate the roll-out plans and activities for different use cases across the organization to ensure maximum effectiveness while avoiding overlaps and conflictsIf you are interested, kindly apply!
