Deputy General Manager, Security Services - Qatar

A Security Services Company based in Doha, Qatar is looking for a deputy general manager who will oversee the company’s operations to ensure effective services delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, the job is to ensure smooth daily security operations and site deployments while supporting efficiency initiatives.  Monitor guard performance and service quality, drive resource optimization, and assist a General Manager in executing strategic plans, to identify opportunities for business growth, cost savings, and service improvement.  Our client is a major holding company within Qatar with a number of reputable businesses specialising in commercial, hospitality and engineering.

Further duties will be to assist in managing administrative functions and daily operations, address clients concerns to ensure high quality satisfaction. Support contract retention through strong service delivery, supervise and develop department managers and staff, manage key business partner relationships, and ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

The ideal applicant will need strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and team leadership with proven ability in conflict resolution and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
