Overview

Head Baker - Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are in search of a highly skilled, experienced and creative Head Baker to oversee the baking operations in our busy bakery located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for creating and producing a variety of high-quality baked goods, managing a team of bakers and ensuring that all products are made to our high standards. Responsibilities

Create and develop new recipes for breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods Oversee the baking process from start to finish, ensuring consistency and quality Train and manage a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as necessary Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery at all times Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and laws Collaborate with other departments to plan menus and specials for events or holidays Manage costs by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery setting Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, recipes and ingredients Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong communication skills in English Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment A creative eye for detail with an ability to develop new recipes Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time Previous experience working in Qatar or knowledge of Qatari cuisine is preferred Salary : 1400$ per month (tax-free) Accommodation : Accommodation will be provided by the company Visa Sponsorship : Visa sponsorship will be provided by the company If you are passionate about baking, have excellent leadership skills and are ready to take on this challenging role in one of Qatar's most vibrant cities, then we want to hear from you!
