Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of hospitality professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability and market share
• Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the property
• Manage budgets, financial reports and cost control measures with precision and foresight
• Handle guest feedback proactively resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards and company policies
• Adapt hotel operations to align with local cultural norms and business practices in Qatar
• Lead crisis management efforts and navigate high‑pressure situations effectively
