About the position
We are looking for a finance leader in Doha to drive FP&A, P&L management, and cost optimization across digital and insurance projects. The role involves building financial models, aligning IFRS with tech standards. Responsibilities
Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and product-level P&L management. Prepare management reports for CEO / CTO with focus on ROI, unit economics, and growth metrics. Optimize costs — set up cost allocation, manage CapEx vs OpEx (incl. R&D), and drive FinOps with engineering teams. Align Group Finance (IFRS, compliance) with tech / product standards, ensuring audit readiness. Support partnerships & deals — build financial models for Big Tech, universities, and venture collaborations; manage due diligence and scenario analysis. Requirements
Proven experience in financial management or consulting (Big4 / Strategy / FP&A). Strong understanding of technology business models : SaaS, marketplaces, digital services. Solid background in international financial standards (IFRS, M&A, audit). Ability to communicate with C-level leadership and provide clear financial recommendations. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. We offer
