NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NDT Lead to provide technical expertise and leadership across multiple offshore and subsea projects. The role ensures that all NDT activities are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with international codes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NDT Inspectors across multiple projects / packages.
• Ensure proper and consistent execution of NDT activities to safeguard asset integrity.
• Support engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, and offshore installation works.
• Review, validate, and approve NDT procedures, records, and related documentation.
• Participate in qualification of PAUT, ToFD, and Pipeline AUT systems as well as NDT operators.
• Conduct site missions, audits, and inspections across global contractor / vendor locations.
• Provide quality and technical advice, resolve technical queries, and lead investigations into quality failures.
• Contribute to vendor assessments, audits, and Preferred Manufacturer List updates.
• Issue regular reports, lessons learned, and quality feedback notices.
