Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking senior Shared Services professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic leadership, enterprise-wide advisory, and governance for centralized support functions. These roles focus on optimizing operations, reducing costs, driving digital transformation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic guidance on enterprise shared services operations and process optimization.

Oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Administration service delivery at the organizational level.

Advise on efficiency improvements, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Represent shared services in executive leadership meetings and strategic projects.

Additional for Senior Consultant :

Define and implement long-term shared services strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Lead large-scale transformation programs and operational excellence initiatives.

Mentor and develop expert-level shared services staff across functions.

Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence enterprise-wide operational decisions.

Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and board on shared services governance, efficiency, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, IT, or related field.

Consultant : 17–19 years of experience in shared services, operations management, or enterprise process improvement.

Senior Consultant : 20+ years of experience, including executive leadership and strategic advisory in shared services.

Expertise in operational efficiency, process standardization, and enterprise support functions.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.

Proven ability to drive transformation programs and operational excellence initiatives.

Knowledge of shared services platforms (ERP, HRIS, Finance systems) and automation solutions.

Strategic thinking, governance, and enterprise-wide influence.

Preferred Certifications :

Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent operational excellence or functional certifications.
