Overview
Job Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in a variety of functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The HR Specialist will ensure a seamless integration of new employees into our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Management : Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, from offer acceptance to the end of the initial training period, ensuring all new hires receive necessary information and resources.
- Collaborate with Departments : Follow up and work closely with hiring managers and other departments to ensure the hiring and onboarding process is going smoothly.
- Provide Support : Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
- Documentation Management : Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and stored securely in compliance with company policies.
- Weekly Reporting : Prepare weekly reports to update hiring managers on the onboarding progress, including new hires, completed activities, feedback, and action items.
- Conduct Orientation : Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement : Assist in the development and implementation of new onboarding strategies to enhance the overall experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2 to 3 years of HR experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in MS Office SuiteAbility to work under pressure and as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
