Exclusive Hiring of Overseas Senior Level Physicians Holding One of the Following Specialization Degree's :
Essential Experience
Should have held a Senior Consultant post for at least 1 year or a Consultant Physician post for a period of at least 6 years.
Mandatory that the required years' experience should be from one of the following institutions :
a. Government or Semi-Government hospitals or institutions
b. Government or Private Hospitals that provide post graduate training programs (Ex. University Hospital or Teaching Hospital)
Note : Not mandatory for the required years of experience to be the most recent experience provided that there is no break of practice.
Licensing :
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.

Key Interventions You\'ll Be Performing
You’ll collaborate in multidisciplinary thoracic teams, supported by advanced pulmonology suites and cancer diagnostic pathways.
The Senior Consultant is the most senior physician within their specialty (after the Department Chair / Section Head), responsible for leading a team of consultants and junior doctors.
They oversee patient care, ensure clinical excellence, and are accountable for all medical decisions under their supervision.
In addition to providing expert-level care, the Senior Consultant contributes to strategic planning, research, teaching, and service development—working closely with leadership on staffing, training, budgeting, and quality improvement.
They serve as a role model in clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
