Quality checking and review the completeness of transmittal / documents electronic copy then advise the contractor on any document, which is missing and not legible.
Upload received Documents to Documentation System (EPDMS) and shared drive.
Distributing all received documents to project team as per DDM.
Ensuring proper document procedures are followed and a timely document review turn‑around throughout the duration of the project.
Ensuring that all incoming & outgoing documents and transmittal are properly documented and recorded in the Engineering & Plant Document Management System (EPDMS) and have electronic files available to each corresponding project folder directory.
Upload / download documents using MFT server that exceeds data limit imposed on email attachment.
