Mechanical Technician Job Location Qatar Job Responsibilities Maintain and overhaul of all Mechanical equipment including Furnaces Boilers Exchangers Columns Vessels Tanks Silos Rotary Diverter valves Steam traps Valves PRV s RD s Piping components Pumps Turbines Compressors Blowers Fans Gear Boxes Machine Alignment etc Perform PM CM of all equipment s and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Engineer immediately Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA review and acknowledge drawings understands recommendations review spares Execute routine and unplanned maintenance activities are met in compliance with Life Critical Procedures Tenets of Operations plant policies and procedures Standard Maintenance Procedures SMPs and Job Safety Analyses JSAs Conduct participate daily toolbox meetings as required Coordinate with ERG production safety technical departments from reliability QA QC point of view related to mechanical Support with Mechanical Engineer to Review Standard Maintenance Procedures SMPs and include all Lesson Learnt Reports as required Support with Mechanical Engineer to Review PM CM check list as required Support the Engineers to implement and complete follow up action items from Action tracker Meridium recommendations Reliability improvement team recommendations QSAFE action items in timely manner Act as a DSR designee for contractors and ensure contractors comply with all company policies procedures Standard Maintenance Procedures
