Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives
• Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects including advertisements, packaging, websites, etc.
• Lead and guide a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
• Present ideas and designs to clients for approval or feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design processes
