MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities : Carry out complete Mechanical, Plumbing & Firefighting discipline designs to required standards and quality. Perform mechanical design work for treatment plants and pumping stations in accordance with PWA standards, as assigned by the team lead. Coordinate with other Discipline Engineers as applicable. Collaborate with BIM / CAD Technicians regarding project requirements and timelines. Ensure all designs meet statutory and regulatory requirements. Support project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) processes with relevant authorities. Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline. Understand the contract scope and project deliverables. Embed Health & Safety practices into all work activities, in line with company policies. Provide regular updates on work status, including risks or concerns, to Seniors or the MEP manager. Participate in team and project meetings as required. Complete accurate timesheets by set deadlines. Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience. Extensive experience in design development. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, BIM / Revit, HAP, Elite, etc. Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive experience in Doha / Qatar is highly preferred. Vertical :
