Risk Manager

Job description10+ years' experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in major road / highway projects internationally (outside MENA). Experience in projects of similar size and nature, ideally under performance-based contracts. Background in infrastructure / civil engineering. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and road asset maintenance frameworks. Professional certification (IRM, PMI-RMP, or equivalent) preferred. A relevant university degrees from WHED-recognized institutions Fluent in English (written and spoken). Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise / project-level risk management frameworks.
- Identify, assess, and monitor technical, financial, contractual, and operational risks.
- Advise senior management on risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
- Conduct regular risk workshops and reporting for stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 31000 and international risk management practices.
