Overview
Welcome to Your Next Adventure! This role focuses on identifying business growth opportunities for Corporates, managing the planning, execution and success of project alliances, and preparing market research to discover new opportunities. The role analyses the customer base and current strategies to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, profitability and overall success of projects. It also requires searching for synergies and exploring corporate-level growth opportunities through cross-unit activity.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Pick, Pack, Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard
- Review orders vs products available and contact customers if required to suggest alternatives
- Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks; assist in product cycle counts
- Stock inventory; assist in purchases / procurement
- Set priorities that reflect the importance of job responsibilities
- Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with support teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
The Magic You Bring
Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management is a plus1–3 years experience in supermarket operationsGood organizational skills with the ability to support team activitiesUnderstanding of supermarket operations, stock management and merchandisingKnowledge and hands-on experience using POS systems for transactions and reportingExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems)Inside Snoonu’s Universe
