Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to support continuous product advancement. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful product launches and campaigns. Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to shape product positioning. Define pricing, distribution, and go-to-market strategies aligned with market insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end fragrance product development, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Lead the development of new fragrances in partnership with master perfumers.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to drive innovation and product uniqueness.
- Evaluate and approve fragrance samples to ensure alignment with brand standards.
