What You’ll Achieve As an Outside Sales Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.
You will :
Drive and grow Services Sales revenue in accounts with a focus on professional services, deployment and managed services.
Drive Professional services including managed services and Consulting services across AI, Data, Cyber Security, Multi‑cloud and Business Continuity solutions.
Manage relationships with senior‑level technical personnel and decision‑makers, up to C‑Level.
Demonstrate the value of Dell’s Services portfolio to advance customer business.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and thought‑leader together with Dell’s sales organization to help meet and exceed business objectives, leveraging the Services portfolio.
Essential Requirements
10+ years of experience in a similar role with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proven experience driving sales for consulting and managed services (including Advisory / Consulting Services).
Business Development capability, with the ability to work as part of a team, operating within a matrix environment.
Desirable Requirements
8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
Bachelor’s degree.
