About our client

Our client is a growing investment firm based in Doha with a strong track record in private markets investing. The platform deploys long-term capital across the region and internationally, partnering with governments, sponsors, and strategic operators on large-scale, essential infrastructure assets.

The infrastructure team is a core pillar of the platform's private markets strategy and is actively expanding its investment activity, creating the need for an Associate to support execution and portfolio management. What the job involves

• This is an Associate-level role within the infrastructure private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals
• You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management
• Supporting evaluation of new infrastructure investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
• Assisting with due diligence processes across financial, technical, legal, and ESG workstreams
• Preparing investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
• Supporting transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors
• Monitoring portfolio assets, including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Conducting sector research and market mapping across infrastructure subsectors such as energy transition, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure
• Working with external stakeholders including advisors, co-investors, lenders, and asset operators

Who we are looking for

• Relevant experience in infrastructure private equity, private equity, investment banking, project finance, or infrastructure advisory
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing complex models
• Exposure to infrastructure or real assets transactions preferred
• Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, risk analysis, and value creation
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
