About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the accounting and financial reporting for a group of companies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, experience consolidating multi-entity financial statements, and the ability to provide strategic insights to support business decisions across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple companies within the group.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure consolidation of financial statements across all group entities, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
  • Maintain and review general ledger accounts, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for each company and the group as a whole.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and internal controls.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Identify process improvements and implement accounting best practices across the group.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to multi-entity organizations or group accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and multi-company consolidation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
