Summary

This is a hybrid role combining cybersecurity implementation and end-user technical support. The position will ensure frontline cybersecurity enforcement while providing L1 / L2 support to business users, in line with Qatar’s digital governance mandates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 technical support for desktops, devices, and user access
• Support AD / Entra ID lifecycle within shared services
• Implement and manage perimeter defense, NAC, and firewall rules
• Collaborate with national SOC and respond to incidents
• Enable secure mobile and VPN access as per remote access policy
• Conduct internal audits, prepare incident records, and asset tracking
• Ensure zero-trust segmentation and endpoint protection
• Document and escalate incidents per Q-CERT or NIA protocols
