Cashier

Job Description We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented F&B Cashier to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibility

Greet customers as they enter the establishment

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers

Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Keep reports of transactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Candidate Requirements

Proven work experience as an F&B Cashier or in a similar role.

Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (Micros)

Good math skills

Strong communication and time management skills

Customer satisfaction-oriented

High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
