We are seeking a friendly energetic and reliable Server to join our team As a Server you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing topnotch service in our restaurant and bar areas Your role will involve taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring that every guest enjoys their time with us Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Provide detailed information about menu items including ingredients and preparation methods Take and accurately record food and drink orders using a POS system Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions as needed Serve food and beverages ensuring proper presentation and quality Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions as needed Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service Assist with training new servers and providing guidance as needed Maintain open communication with team members to manage and resolve any service challenges Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area including tables chairs and bar tops
