About the job
As a Program Manager, you will be supporting the sales team that is working on identifying and closing robust Security sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include :
Responsibilities
Supporting to create and deliver enablement sessions to the sales teams.Support with data enrichment in Salesforce.com (CRM database).Building performance and productivity reports and dashboards on SFDC.Responsible for cascading communication across the sales teams.Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.Support with development and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and partners to ensure that the Google Cloud’s Sales Security program is successful.Weekly sync with Operations to track performance.Handling change management and stakeholder management.Operational excellence and workflow improvement.Effective resolution based approach.Work on AI based enterprise sales outreach programsRequirements
BA / BS technical degreeAbility to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically with strong communication skillsMin. 3 years B2B Sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industrySolid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS industry, Cloud computing concepts and competitive landscape in the Cloud Service Providers world.Desire and willingness to try new concepts and fail-fastThrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of Salesforce and ability to create SFDC reportingAnalytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the teamOrganized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skillsIT skills : essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer based jobCybersecurity BackgroundPreferred Qualifications
Cloud certification or Cyber Security certificationB2B sales experience within Cyber SecurityGoal oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident competitive and tenaciousUnderstanding of local market and local business environmentApply now
